Spring Break

I love traveling and being on the move. I love the smell of airports and the view from airplane windows. I love the feel I get 35,000 feet above the earth, when my life is below and I have 20/20 vision over my past present and future. I love airline food. I arrived in Seattle on a rainy Saturday morning after a long 2 and 1/2 days of travel. The story begins waiting for the bus to Narita airport in Tokyo, Shinjuku station. I forgot my passport. Despite a mad rush I was desperately late for my flight. Because I bought a discount ticket which had no provisions for missing a flight I had to book a room at a local hotel, flush the ticket down the toilet, and pray that my travel agent could find another flight, which he did. I love time changes but I hate jet lag.

I am happy to report that the freedom of speech and assembly is still being practiced in America. In this case, at the local Rite Aid.
